Rachel practices in the areas of commercial, business, real estate, construction and trust and probate litigation. Rachel also handles issues related to land use and zoning on behalf of landowners, homeowners' associations and local government. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel was an Assistant Public Defender in Collier County. Rachel graduated magna cum laude from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, where she graduated cum laude. Rachel is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since 2008. She is a dedicated member of the Collier County Bar Association and is currently serving her second term on the board of directors. Rachel is also a member of the board of directors for the Collier County Women's Bar Association, and a member of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children’s Planned Giving Advisory Council. Rachel is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. When she is not practicing law, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam and two children, Zoe and Zac, and she teaches advanced tap dance at a local dance studio.
