Sally Pendleton joined the firm in October of 2017, and practices in the firm’s Litigation department.
Sally is a native Floridian and received a Finance degree from the University of Florida. She continued graduate studies at Florida International University College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County. While there she prosecuted thousands of cases in front of over a dozen uniquely different Judges and gained valuable courtroom experience trying over twenty jury trials, innumerable bench trials, and countless motions. Sally handled a variety of cases ranging from traffic criminal offenses to first degree felonies punishable by life in prison. In her spare time, she enjoys cheering on the Gators, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
