Professional Experience
Greg Woods moved to Southwest Florida in 2000 after practicing law for 14 years in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining a large Dallas law firm, Greg served as a briefing attorney to Justice Raul Gonzalez of the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Woods has extensive trial and appellate experience in a variety of complex litigation matters. Greg has tried over 70 cases to jury verdict. Greg has served as outside trial counsel for Collier County, Florida for the last 10 years.
In addition to handling hundreds of mediations and arbitrations for clients, over the last 10 plus years, Mr. Woods has served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator and has served as an Arbitrator in numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations.
