
Born and raised in Naples, FL, Sam is an associate attorney at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti and Rudnick, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real property transactions, as well as corporate and commercial lending.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sam practiced at a boutique real estate firm, as well as a nationally recognized commercial law firm, both located in the Southwest Florida area. He completed his schooling in Boston, MA, receiving his Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University, and earning his Juris Doctor, as well as an MBA in Finance, from Suffolk University. During his time in Boston, Sam helped to manage the operations department of a national litigation firm, as well as worked in various capacities for several financial institutions and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
