Professional Experience

Joshua D. Rudnick joined the firm in January 2014. Josh graduated from the University of Central Florida, cum laude, in 2000. Josh earned his juris doctor, with honors, in 2004 from Nova Southeastern University. He was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and Phi Alpha Delta. Josh was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004, and joined the Collier County Bar Association in 2004. Josh formerly served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit. Prior to joining the Firm in 2014, Josh was a partner with the law firm of Conroy, Conroy, Durant and Rudnick. Josh is currently the President of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Southwest Florida, a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Developmentally Disabled, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army. He also served as chair of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association in 2010-2011. His practice is concentrated on commercial and residential real property transactions, construction, corporate and commercial lending. Josh splits time between the Vanderbilt Galleria Office and the downtown Naples Office.
