Michael D. “Mick” Moore practices primarily in the area of civil litigation and has been litigating general commercial and business cases as well as tort cases, intellectual property, commercial landlord and tenant, construction, real estate, and probate cases for over 25 years. He grew up in Naples and left after graduating high school to attend Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. At William & Mary, he was a member of the law review and he graduated with honors. Upon graduation, Mick practiced law as a commercial litigator in the Washington, D.C. area handling both federal and state cases in Virginia and Maryland before returning to Naples in 2000 where he practiced with a large local firm. He eventually started his own boutique solo litigation practice focused on commercial litigation.
