Rachel is a partner in the firm’s civil litigation department. She concentrates her practice on business, real estate, and trust and probate litigation. Rachel understands that each litigation matter is unique, and she employs creative but practical approaches to reach the best possible result for each client’s individual needs. Her experience in and out of the courtroom, combined with a passion for the law and long-standing professional relationships make Rachel an effective advocate and counselor.
Beginning her career as an assistant public defender allowed Rachel the opportunity to gain significant jury trial experience, and taught her the importance of communicating with her clients in a meaningful way. Rachel ensures that her clients understand and are involved in each and every step of the process, while maintaining a keen eye to high-level legal analysis and advocacy.
Rachel and her husband, Adam, have two small children, Zoe and Zac, and she also teaches tap dance at a local dance studio.
