Rachel is the chair of the firm’s civil litigation department, where she focuses her practice on business, real estate, and trust and probate litigation. She recognizes that no two cases are alike and takes a creative yet practical approach to achieve the best possible outcome tailored to each client’s needs. Her experience both in and out of the courtroom, combined with her passion for the law and strong professional relationships, makes her an effective advocate and trusted counselor.
Rachel has substantial civil trial experience in both jury and non-jury matters. Notable matters include securing a seven-figure jury verdict on behalf of her client, and obtaining a directed verdict in a case involving multi-million dollar claims. Her trial experience is complemented by a strong record of resolving complex and highly contentious disputes through strategic negotiation, consistently achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
Rachel began her legal career as an Assistant Public Defender, where she gained significant jury trial experience and developed a deep appreciation for meaningful client communication. She is committed to ensuring that her clients understand and remain actively involved in every stage of the legal process, while she delivers thoughtful, high-level legal analysis and advocacy.
Rachel lives in Naples with her husband, Adam, and their two children, Zoe and Zac. In addition to her law practice, she teaches tap dance to local children at Spotlight Dance Company.
