Brendan “BJ” Tumulty is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Civil Litigation Department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, construction-related litigation, and disputes involving condominium and homeowners’ associations.
Before attending law school, Brendan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University, where he graduated in May of 2022. Brendan then studied at Nova Southeastern University Stetson Broad College of Law, graduating in May of 2025. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Brendan was an intern for various boutique civil litigation firms in Southwest Florida. Brendan also worked with a nationwide sports agency where he helped negotiate contracts and media deals for college athletes. He was also a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and earned highest-grade distinctions in Income Tax, Insurance Law, and Legal Research and Writing.
Before joining Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick, P.A., Brendan practiced as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Southwest Florida, where he handled a wide range of cases, with a primary focus on business and construction litigation.
