Jennifer Hollander is an associate attorney in the firm’s civil litigation department, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate disputes, construction disputes, and contract and business litigation.

Jennifer attended Stetson University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude in May 2024 and earned a Certificate of Concentration in Environmental Law. While at Stetson, she served as an intern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Amanda Sansone in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She was also an Articles and Symposia editor for the Stetson Business Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board (competing on the National Environmental Moot Court team in 2023 and 2024), and a research assistant for Professor Royal Gardner, contributing to his book Waters of the United States: POTUS, SCOTUS, WOTUS, and the Politics of a National Resource. Additionally, she was a teaching assistant for Research & Writing II and Contracts. Upon graduation, she received the National Order of the Scribes Award for excellence in legal writing.

Prior to law school, Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.

A native of Fort Myers, Florida, Jennifer enjoys spending her free time at the beach, exploring nature, and adventuring with her Aussie-doodle, Finn.
