Mark is a partner at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti, & Rudnick, LLP. He focuses his practice on real estate and construction litigation with an emphasis in construction lien law. Working as an attorney for more than 30 years, Mark was a founding shareholder at Paulich, Slack & Wolff, P.A., in Naples, Florida which provided legal services throughout SW Florida for over 25 years.
Mark’s dedication to the southwest Florida community is evident by his service several local boards and charitable organizations. His dedication to helping those unable to afford legal representation was recognized by the Collier County Bar Association early in his career, receiving the Pro-bono Lawyer of the year in 1989.
