WWM&Ris proud to announce that it will be holding its 1st Annual Realtor® Assembly on June 22 at the Hilton – Naples, Florida.

WWM&R’s goal is to provide Realtors in Southwest Florida with a comprehensive educational event. As such we will be hosting this day-long event providing educational sessions on an array of legal topics relevant to the day-to-day practice of real estate agents in the area. The event will include:

• Attorney taught educational seminars
• Continuing Education Credit Available
• Marketing and Networking opportunities
• Peer led discussions on the SW Florida real estate market

The itinerary for the day is currently scheduled as follows:

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am: Registration and Continental Breakfast
• 9:00 am – 9:10 am: Introductory Remarks
• 9:10 am – 10:30 am: Real Estate Contracts for the Residential Real Estate Agent
• 10:30 am – 10:45 am: Break
• 10:45 am – 12:00 pm: Florida Homestead and Residency
• 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: LUNCH
• 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Defective Title – Common Title Issues in FL
• 2:00 pm – 2:45 pm: Disclosures – the Property is an Open Book
• 2:45 pm – 3:00 pm: Break
• 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm: The Inspection Process (from NABOR to FR/BAR)
• 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm: Market Report
• Presenters and itinerary are subject to change. However, WWMR will have members from all departments presenting throughout the day including:

Litigation Attorneys: Casey Weidenmiller and Rachel Kerlek

The day will provide four (4) specialty continuing education credits.
