Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick, LLP is seeking an experienced full-time Real Estate Paralegal in its Naples, FL and Bonita Springs, FL offices. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of residential closing experience at a title company or law firm.   Candidates must be self-starters and capable of working in a team setting, with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and a high level of organization, attention to detail and professionalism. This position requires 3-5 years of residential closing experience, customer service skills, and a proficiency with DoubleTime or other closing software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.   Excellent proof-reading, calendaring and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.    Candidates should be capable of working in a fast-pace, high pressure yet team oriented environment.   Please send cover letters and resume to [email protected].
