Naples, Florida, June 17, 2014—Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick, PL is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Mark A. Slack to the firm’s litigation department and attorney James F. Caudill to the firm’s real estate department.

Mr. Slack joins the firm with 30 years of litigation experience in Southwest Florida. Formerly a partner at the firm of Paulich, Slack & Wolff, PA, Mark’s practice focuses on commercial, real estate, and civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction lien law.

James “Jay” Caudill returns to Southwest Florida to expand the firm’s Estero / Bonita Springs real estate practice. Jay was formerly a partner at the law firm of Morrison & Caudill, PL and his practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, bank representation and developer representation.
