
Jess Organ is an Associate Attorney in the Civil Litigation Department at Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti, & Rudnick LLP, based in the Naples office. Jess focuses her practice primarily on commercial, business, contract, real estate, trust & estate, condominium, and homeowners’ litigation.
Jess earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, where she distinguished herself as a Digest Writer for the Stetson Law Review. She also held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Society. As a teaching assistant for Research and Writing I & II, Trial Advocacy, and Remedies, Jess demonstrated her dedication to academic excellence and mentorship. She further refined her research expertise as a research assistant through Stetson Law Review, concentrating on cutting-edge topics such as Artificial Intelligence in the legal field and promoting athlete autonomy for collegiate student-athletes.
Jess’s passion for the law is complemented by her strong foundation in persuasive discourse, holding a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing from the University of Findlay. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of West Florida and was a student-athlete at Murray State University, and the University of Findlay, where she developed her leadership and teamwork skills.
In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Jess actively contributed to the Stetson community as Leader of Program Development and Mentor for the Stetson Ambassadors, Chair of the Barristers Ball, Sports Commissioner, Chair of Intramural Basketball. Her active involvement with Stetson’s Trial and Moot Court teams reflect her commitment to advocacy and litigation.
