William “Max” Ferris is an associate attorney in the Firm’s civil litigation department, where he focuses his practice on commercial and business litigation, contract disputes, and construction-related litigation.
Max earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in May 2023. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Caryl E. Delano of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. He was also a member of the Journal of International Aging Law and Policy, served as a teaching assistant, and earned highest-grade distinctions in both Research and Writing I and Federal Income Tax I.
Before joining Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick, P.A., Max practiced as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Southwest Florida, where he handled a wide range of cases, with a primary focus on construction litigation.
