REDUX: FARBAR v. the NEW NABOR

In November 2012, we hosted a seminar comparing and contrasting the various contract forms…As everyone knows, in 2014 NABOR released revisions to the NABOR Sales Contract (Residential Improved Property)…and the questions re-surfaced. Which form is better? This interactive session will discuss an in-depth comparison of the two forms and their ancillary types and addenda. Many realtors practice in both Collier and Lee Counties, and a firm comparison is often incredibly helpful. We will:

• Generally, review changes to the NABOR standard contract as they apply to the comparison
• Compare the FARBAR and NABOR “as is”
• Discuss the Pros and Cons of each contract
• Discuss which contract is better when dealing with hypersensitive clients, polybutylene plumbing and more…
