WWMR Adds Estate Planning & Probate Department

Woods, Weidenmiller, Michetti & Rudnick is pleased to announce the formation of its new estate planning and probate department. The expansion creates a new practice area within the firm allowing the firm to increase the level and depth of the services it provides to residents and businesses in southwest Florida.

The firm has hired Patrick F. Mize to handle legal issues concerning estate planning, trust administration, will preparation and probate administration and litigation. Mr. Mize received his law degree from the University of Florida in 2011 and is currently an Executive Council member for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He also currently serves as Chair of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Collier County Bar Association.
